Meet Wilson Fields, the Regional Field Coordinator for Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and Delaware. Originally from Palo Alto, California, Wilson attended Utah State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
At Utah State University, Wilson worked for several tech startups as well as a real estate internship with CBRE. While working in real estate, he quickly became enamored with the fast-paced and highly social work environment that is commercial brokerage. It was this work environment that connected his technical problem-solving skills with his social strengths. Despite the good fit, there was one final thing Wilson could not find in real estate: Purpose.
His search for purpose led him to several different avenues such as becoming the president of a pro-life club (Students for Life) and joining a leadership club through the Jon Huntsman School of Business while at Utah State. Finally, he found his current home as a Regional Field Coordinator for Leadership Institute. In this role, he has been able to work closely alongside students to find real success in political activism on university campuses across his region. He feels it has been the best, most fulfilling work of his life up to this point.
