Brooke Winn serves as a Development Associate at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation (VOCMF), a non-profit promoting this generation and future generations about the ideology, history, and legacy of communism. Prior to joining VOCMF, Brooke worked as the Western Region Donor Relations Officer for the Leadership Institute. She has also served as a District Assistant for former U.S. Rep. Roscoe Bartlett (R-MD).
Brooke received her bachelor’s degree in history and political science in 2012 from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. While in college, she worked as a Finance Intern for the College Republican National Committee and was President of College Republicans.
Over the past 6 years, Brooke has had a variety of experience on campaigns including Gov. Mitt Romney, Sen. Jim DeMint, Rep. Roscoe Bartlett, and numerous local and state political candidates in Maryland.
She and her husband reside in Point of Rocks, MD, where they are active in local and state politics.
