Online Training: Introduction to Online Security

On Wednesday November 13, 2019

What you will learn

Ahead of the 2020 election, online security and cybersecurity have been in the headlines constantly. Hacks, vulnerabilities, data thefts -- all of these terms have become commonplace, but can often seem overwhelming and confusing.

In this practical, easy-to-follow, free evening webinar from the Leadership Institute, you'll get an introduction to online security for non-technical people, i.e. you don't have to be a "tech person" to follow it.

In three interactive presentations -- with plenty of time for Q&A -- you'll learn:
  • how to keep yourself, your organization, or your campaign safe online, with a 60-minute session from a cybersecurity firm
  • how to be a savvy news consumer about online security and cybersecurity issues
  • what different types of "hacks" are -- and what they mean for you
  • how to stay safe on social media, both in account security and the information you share
Because this topic is so important for conservatives, the Leadership Institute has made this session available for free. That's made possible thanks to generous LI donors.

Starts Wednesday, November 13

Wed 13:   6:00 PM  - 9:00 PM EST
