Mike Howell is the Senior Advisor for Government Relations at The Heritage Foundation. Before working at Heritage, Mike was on the Oversight Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security. He has also worked as Senior Counsel of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform as well as Counsel for the Senate Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs subcommittee on Financial and Contracting Oversight. Mike earned his JD from Emory University School of Law.
