Debbie has directed the strategic plan, messaging, and marketing for businesses, nonprofit organizations, advocacy efforts and candidate campaigns of all sizes. 

Debbie serves as the Executive Director of the Colorado Women’s Alliance, a nonprofit organization developing strategies, messaging and infrastructure focusing on issues that matter most to women. Colorado Women’s Alliance launched a “Grow Your Influence” series to help equip women with skills in media, fundraising and public policy so they can increase their influence on issues. Colorado Women’s Alliance has conducted qualitative and quantitative research focusing on Colorado women since 2000.

Debbie has been featured as a political strategist on Special Report with Bret Baier on Fox News, BBC News World Have Your Say, SkyNews, The Wall Street Journal, Washington Times, Colorado Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), as well as regional and local media.

Debbie is the Founder of Catapult Colorado, a network of female leaders dedicated to launching pro-business women into local politics throughout Colorado. 
 
Debbie is a staunch advocate of school choice and served as past Chairman of the Board for Cherry Creek Academy (CCA), an award-winning K-8 public charter school. She has been a presenter and debate moderator for the Colorado League of Charter Schools.

Prior to her work in the public policy and advocacy arena, Debbie consulted for 12 years as the founding partner in the boutique marketing firm, Firsthand Marketing, that provided strategic marketing support for banking, mortgage and financial clients.

Debbie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Northern Arizona University. She is a graduate of the Leadership Program of the Rockies, RNC Campaign Management College and the Leadership Institute Campaign Manager School. Debbie serves on the Board of Directors for the National Women’s Coalition for Job Creators Network and is an inaugural member of the American Enterprise Institute National Leadership Board. Debbie is an Adjunct Marketing Professor for Colorado Christian University. 

Debbie has been recognized as a “Who’s Who in Energy” by the Denver Business Journal is 2015. She was named a finalist for the Denver Business Journal “Outstanding Women in Business”?in 2016.
