Lisa Lisker, President of Huckaby Davis Lisker, is a nationally recognized campaign finance expert with over 35 years of experience in compliance, specializing in the financial operations of Republican federal and state political committees.

Lisa has consulted for over 15 Presidential committees and works with hundreds of Republican Senate and House campaigns, state party, joint fundraising and political action committees, serving as Treasurer for most. With the support of the HDL team, Lisa provides clients with turn-key financial services and guidance through the complexities of compliance reporting as required by the Federal Election Commission, IRS, and various state disclosure agencies. Lisa also performs full compliance and financial reviews of Corporate and Trade Association PACs.

Over the years, Lisa has advised the Federal Election Commission regarding the implementation of various reporting requirements. Lisa also provides campaign finance training at the Leadership Institute Campaign College and has served as a panelist at the American Association of Political Consultants annual meeting. Lisa is featured on the Women’s Public Leadership Network campaign training series that encourages women to run for office. In addition, Lisa has advised several compliance software firms as they continuously update and enhance their products, ensuring that they meet all compliance and fundraising needs.

Lisa is originally from Columbus, Ohio, and has also lived in Nebraska and Colorado. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business in Boulder, CO. Lisa currently serves on the Board of the Virginia Conservative Women’s Coalition and on the Advisory Committee of the Women’s Public Leadership Network. Lisa and her husband have two sons and reside in Northern Virginia.
