Arenza Thigpen Jr., nicknamed "the Michael Jordan of signature gatherers,"  is one of the nation's leading signature gatherers and is an authority on voter registration. He is the founder of both the International League of Signature Gatherers and The Petition Office. For over 15 years, he has hosted the nation's oldest and largest telephone hotline that provides job opportunities for today's petitioners. He has managed campaigns from the local to the national level across the country and is currently organizing in Alaska. 

He is a frequent guest speaker at the Global Forum of Modern Direct Democracy from Switzerland, where he trains world leaders how to use the petitioning process at a grassroots level.
