Aly Lepinski -  Volunteer Faculty at the Leadership Institute

Aly Lepinski serves as the Leadership Institute’s Intern Program Manager. Aly first joined LI in April of 2020 as a development operations officer where she would open and process all of the incoming donations from LI’s generous donors.

In November of 2021, Aly transitioned to overseeing the intern program. In her current position, Aly selects each intern class and assigns interns to one of LI's divisions where they will become part of the team and be given projects of high importance. She coordinates and oversees all the perks of being an intern at LI such as their weekly book club, conservative VIP speaker events, tours of the Capitol, and their semesterly scavenger hunt.

Aly is the daughter of two Navy veterans and grew up in Prince George, Virginia with her two older siblings. She graduated Old Dominion University in the Fall of 2018 where she studied political science. During her time on campus, she worked at a preschool, was involved in the College Republicans and her sorority, Pi Beta Phi.

Outside of the office, Aly and her husband, Gabriel, can be spotted exploring everything Washington DC and Arlington have to offer.
