Nicole Schlinger has more than two decades of experience in grassroots voter contact, issue mobilization and strategic campaign consulting.

 

Schlinger got her start in politics as the Finance Director of the Republican Party of Iowa and she later contributed to the successful elections of Gov. Terry Branstad, America’s longest serving governor, U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley and others.

 

In 1999, Schlinger launched CampaignHQ (CHQ), the best conservative call center in America. CHQ is known as the experts when it comes to assisting conservative, Republican, and liberty-minded consultants, candidates, and organizations to win by delivering high quality messages, collecting useful data, and providing strategic advice and insights.

 

Under Schlinger’s leadership, CHQ has delivered millions of effective telephone, voter ID, persuasion, advocacy, patch through, GOTV calls and text messages for winning campaigns, including notable organizations such as the Susan B. Anthony List, Ted Cruz for President and Americans For Prosperity.

 

Schlinger and her company have been recognized by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) with numerous Pollie Awards including, Live Patch Through Calling, Best Use of Robocall, and Best Telephone Townhall. In 2020, CHQ won the inaugural Reed Award for Innovation in Phone Engagement.

 

Campaign & Elections magazine has twice named Schlinger a top political influencer and the Des Moines Register has named her one of the “50 Most Wanted Republicans.”
