Mike Krempasky -  Volunteer Faculty at the Leadership Institute

Mike is the Global Lead for Brunswick’s Digital specialty. An expert in digital and social strategy, public affairs, and crisis, he advises clients on a wide range of critical communications issues, and has led digital strategy for some of the largest cross-border mergers and acquisitions at the firm.

Before he joined Brunswick in 2014, Mike was Managing Director for Digital Corporate and Public Affairs at Edelman. Prior to that, he was the Political Director for American Target Advertising, where he focused on coalition development.

He has served as Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University in Washington, DC and is a frequent speaker and lecturer on technology and communications. In that capacity, he has testified before both the Federal Election Commission and the U.S. House of Representatives regarding the regulation of speech on the Internet. He is a co-founder of redstate.com, one of the most widely read political blogs in the US.

He has worked across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in energy, healthcare, and manufacturing. His clients have included Walmart, GE, Chevron, DSM, and TransCanada.
