Ed Williams -  Volunteer Faculty at the Leadership Institute

Ed leads a team of strategic and digital operatives and specialists as the Managing Director of McShane LLC, a national political consulting and digital media firm. In the 2020 election, they delivered 53 wins in 17 states for their clients.

Prior to joining McShane, Mr. Williams was Vice Chairman and IT Director of the Clark County Republican Party during Nevada's "red wave" of 2014 and knows how to deliver both creative and technology to win elections. He was later elected Chairman, ran the largest caucus in Nevada history, later served as Senior Advisor to Congressman Cresent Hardy.

In the private sector, Ed was Chief Technology Officer of American Web. During this time, he served as the webmaster of the California Lottery, the California Secretary of State, and the IT Director at the 2004 RNC Convention in New York.

On a personal level, he is passionate about expanding the reach of the Republican party. He serves on the national board of Log Cabin Republicans and is a member of the Nevada Advisory Board of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
