Cristina Novoa

Cristina Novoa is originally from New Jersey, but moved to Virginia from Highland, Michigan. After completing a Youth Leadership School in the fall of 2021 as a top graduate, Cristina was accepted into Leadership Institute’s Spring 2022 Internship Program, where she assisted with the recruitment and management of LI’s DC-based schools.   

She is now the Political Training Coordinator at Leadership Institute, where she organizes and facilitates Leadership Institute's political schools and workshops to provide conservative activists, campaigners, and leaders with effective tools and strategies to succeed in their efforts.

Prior to her time at LI, Cristina completed the internship for church leadership in Brighton, Michigan, and rose to the top of her class, and continued to lead and execute weekly programs for over 100 students.

In addition to her current role, Cristina is pursuing a B.A. in Leadership Studies for Government and Public Policy at Regent University.
