Bethany Rolando serves as the Senior Development Officer for the South Central Region of the Leadership Institute (LI). Bethany graduated with a B.A. in Public Policy from the College of William and Mary ('13).
After graduating, she immediately started working for the Leadership Institute as a Donor Relations Officer. After serving in that capacity for nearly a year, Bethany was promoted to Regional Development Officer dedicated to LI’s work in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah. She also lectures at LI’s training programs.
After three years of success on the road and managing several team members, she was promoted to Senior Development Officer in February 2018.
Bethany is a graduate of the Koch Associate Program (2013-2014), and serves on the Executive Committee of the Virginia Conservative Women’s Coalition.
When not actively promoting liberty, Bethany enjoys helping her husband with real estate in Central Virginia, spending time with her family and friends, going to church, working out, and being outdoors.
Bethany lives with her husband in Richmond, Virginia.
