This training is developed by women, for women, and taught from the unique perspective of the nation's top female campaign experts and leading political consultants.

LI's unique Women's Leadership Training teaches female potential candidates, community leaders, and activists the skills necessary to ensure one makes an impact in the future. The training focuses on your personal and political preparation for a future career as a leader in your community.

You will learn how to:

  • Create smarter and more specific goals
  • Effectively lead and influence people without being in a position of direct authority
  • Use your natural personality traits to lead more assertively
  • Find your strengths, weaknesses, and readiness to lead
  • Develop your personal brand
