Hank Jones is the Chairman of the Laurus Group, LLC. He is a licensedattorney and trial lawyer, with over twenty years experience in public relations, advocacy, and political technique. Mr. Jones manages a team of professional staff and consultants responsible for delivering client satisfaction on five continents. LAURUS client services include building and guiding positive relations between the government of the United States and foreign governments, corporations, and political parties, as well as facilitating positive
relations between domestic corporations and foreign governments. The team also provides governmental, corporate, and political public relations and communications assistance, and political campaign consulting and management. Current and former clients include governments and ministries of sovereign nations, Fortune 500 corporations, and prominent political
leadership.

LAURUS is currently providing public relations counsel to several governmental, political and corporate clients in Europe, promoting strategic business development in Europe and Asia, and consulting in political campaigns in Europe and the United States. LAURUS has directed presidential campaigns and parliamentary campaigns in Africa, and guided political party development in Central America and Europe, and managed political campaigns worldwide.

Prior to forming LAURUS, Mr. Jones led the European practice for a top-five government affairs firm in Washington, DC. Before returning to Washington, Mr. Jones worked throughout Europe for the International Republican Institute as the Political Director at their regional office in Bratislava, Slovakia, where he edited and contributed to the publications Why We Lost: A Fifteen

Year Retrospective on the Rise and Decline of the Center Right in Post- Communist Europe and Political Parties of Central and Eastern Europe: A Concise Guide. Mr. Jones has worked closely with governmental and political leadership throughout Southeastern Europe, most notably managing the election campaign of Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha, developing a Kosovan advocacy campaign for sovereignty with the late President Ibrahim Rugova and key staff, and developing communications strategy with the late Macedonian President Boris Trajkovski. Among his many ongoing projects, Mr. Jones is currently providing public relations counsel to Republika Srpska Prime Minister Milorad Dodik working with the League of Social Democrats in Vojvodina in the Serbian electoral campaign, and the Democratic Party of Albanians in the upcoming parliamentary elections in Macedonia.

Hank Jones earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier College, where he graduated with honors in Civil Trial Advocacy and with memberships in the American Society of International Law and Phi Alpha Delta. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the California State University. Mr. Jones has served as a professor of law, history, and politics at both Pulaski College and Mount St. Mary’s Academy, and is afrequent lecturer on advocacy strategy and political communication for the Westminster Foundation for
Democracy in the United Kingdom, the Konrad Adenauer Stifttung in Germany, and the Robert Schumann Institute in Hungary.

He is married with four children, and is based in Washington, DC.
