Phil Natalini graduated from Kutztown University in 2003 with a Major in Telecomunications and a minor in Computer Science.  Through school Phil worked for the PBS station WLVT as one of their Master Control operators where he controled the on-air signal.  He advanced to working as the Network Administrator and Auction System Director.  He then moved to work at the Leadership Institute as the Director of Database and Internet Operations taking care of all the institute's databases as well as on-line systems.  He is the proud owner of Pluto his 4 year old dog who is a regular at the institute as well.
