Aynsley is the Career Services Coordinator at the Leadership Institute. Since assuming this position in August 2013, she has run three job fairs at widely recognized conservative conferences, including the recent 2014 Conservative Political Action Conference. Working with both job recruiters and job seekers, Aynsley networks employers and potential employees throughout the country. She also runs the Leadership Institute’s ConservativeJobs.com website, the one-stop location for finding work in the conservative movement.
Before joining the Leadership Institute, Aynsley served as a scheduler for Congressman Steve King on Capitol Hill for over a year. In this capacity she managed all the Congressman’s meetings with constituents, interest groups, and committees. She also possesses experience in executive administration, social media, and political research.
Aynsley is originally from Richmond, Virginia. She has a bachelor’s degree in U.S. Government from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the George Washington Graduate School of Political Management.
