Cord Blomquist is the New Media Manager at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. For more than a decade, Cord has worked in new media promotions and web development. Before coming to the Mercatus Center, Cord served as the Senior Communications Director for the Competitive Enterprise Institute and as the web coordinator for Congressman Mark Green.
Cord has been featured on C-SPAN’s “The Communicators” as well as several nationally syndicated radio programs. His writing has been cited by such publications as CNET News, The Wall Street Journal’s All Things D, ArsTechnica, and TechDirt.
